综合分子遗传学、生物化学和细胞生物学等手段,解析植物生长发育以及植物与环境互作的细胞生物学机制,具体研究:

1) 细胞骨架动态组装调控机制和生物学功能;

2) 无膜细胞器的组装、功能和调控机制。
